Annie Caplan

Deputy Executive Director –

Annie brings a background in dialogue facilitation, community engagement, public libraries, and education to  her leadership at Living Room Conversations. An Emory University graduate, she has spearheaded local and  national initiatives that bring people together across differences and has played a significant role in developing  LRC’s programs, partnerships, and service portfolio. As Deputy Executive Director, Annie leads LRC’s programs and products, facilitation training, licensing, earned-revenue offerings, and delivery quality, helping ensure that the organization’s approach remains accessible, adaptable, and effective wherever meaningful  differences need to be navigated.
