Development & Growth Manager  –

Anaïs is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and community builder with more than a decade of experience  teaching, mentoring, and creating spaces for belonging, dialogue, and civic engagement. At Living Room  Conversations, she has played a central role in growing and elevating the Youth Council and expanding  opportunities for young people to lead and engage across differences. As Development & Growth Manager,  Anaïs brings that deep understanding of LRC’s impact together with experience in development pipelines,  grant writing, and impact reporting to strengthen prospect development, grant strategy and writing,  stewardship, impact reporting, and the stories that connect LRC’s work to new partners and resources.
